Sandy - Hygienist
"To clean or not to clean?"... that is the real question. All the medical data shows a direct correlation between our overall health and the health of our gums and teeth. In fact, there is good evidence now of the link between heart disease and gum disease. I take seriously good oral hygiene and regular cleanings. I have seen the pay-off of committed patients through the years, I am eager to share my professional hygiene skills with everyone.
After your first visit, we will educate you on the proper brushing technique, oral hygiene habits, and we can present an overall game plan for your best dental health.
Young children who are taught early to go to the dentist maintain those good habits and have a lifetime of healthy teeth. I've seen all ages 3-100, and welcome everyone.
In conclusion, as a professional dental hygienist, wife, and mother of four, the answer to the question is definitely... CLEAN!

Tiffany - Dental Assistant
Proud associate of Downtown Dental since December 2004! I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful son. I really enjoy family time. We like going to Dollywood and Splash Country, traveling, being outdoors and attending UT football games! I was born and raised in Powell, graduated from Powell High School and attended Pellissippi State University's Dental School. I really enjoy seeing all of our patients when leaving the office with a smile on their face. It shows we have accomplished a job well done!
